is reorganizing its sales and
marketing department, resulting in
the formation of three market-driven
global business units (rubber and
plastics, minerals and petroleum) and
personnel changes.
The sales and marketing units will
be directed by Kenneth H. Kelly, who
has been promoted to vice president
and general manager, sales and marketing.
Mr. Kelly has spent 13 years
with the company’s rubber and plastics
department.
Other management changes were
made within the company as well.
Jack Hattendorf has been appointed
global business manager, lubricant
additives. Randy Johnson has been
named vice president and global business
manager, minerals, and Shaun
King is the new global business manager
rubber and plastics. John
Brinkman was named senior vice
president, international sales. John
Benton was appointed managing
director and Wayne Vanderhoof the
manager west coast sales.
These internal promotions led to
three openings for technical sales representatives
in the U.S. Eric Johnson
and John Deas were named technical
sales representatives, rubber and plastics
department and Alan Anderson
was named technical sales representative,
petroleum department.
