Adding a touch of color to The Home Show is Oman's vibrant paint and coatings industry, with a number of leading international and local brands set to enjoy a high-profile presence at this year's premier exhibition on the home environment.
Sadolin Paints, Jotun Paints, National Paints, Hempel Paints and Berger Paints are among a host of brands that have confirmed their participation in this signature trade event, which will be held at the Oman International Exhibition Centre during 9- 11 December 2013.
The three-day expo, organized by Global Exhibitions & Conferences LLC (GEC) is powered by Messe Frankfurt and is being held under the patronage of the Ministry of Housing. Muscat Electricity Distribution Company (MEDC), Oman Housing Bank and AHK German Industry and Commerce are key patrons as well.
For the rapidly expanding paints and coatings industry, a presence at The Home Show 2013 is an opportunity to showcase an extensive array of products, including a range of innovations that offer unique value to homeowners and the wider commercial market. Also on display will be oil and acrylic paints, powder coatings, special coatings, materials for wood processing, glues, ingredients for all types of coatings, equipment for production of coatings, colour matching and mixing systems, and some of the latest paint applicators and delivery tools.
"The Home Show's huge appeal and reach, encompassing all segments of the homeownership and property development market, makes it imperative for paint manufacturers to be part of this popular trade show. Sadolin Paints, Oman's most recognizable and widely embraced brand, recognizes the importance of this event as a unique platform to showcase its products to the wider market, as well as network with all of the key players and stakeholders involved in this industry," said N. Balachandran, Chief Operating Officer of Sadolin Paints, Silver Sponsor of The Home Show 2013.
"We are delighted to have signed up many of the leading lights of the paints and coatings industry as exhibitors in this third edition of The Home Show. The strength of their participation underscores the popular appeal of this annual event, which has broken new ground this year in attracting the broadest ever representation of products and services associated with the home environment," added C J Paul, Chief Executive Officer, GEC.
GEC's flagship trade show will feature a comprehensive mix of products and services, notably furniture and furnishings, bedroom and bathroom sets, kitchen systems and appliances, doors and windows, home appliances and electronics, wall and floor coverings, lighting and fixtures, home construction and building materials and a selection of smart home solutions.
