Sto Corp., the innovative world leader in cladding, air barrier, coating, and restoration systems, has announced five new team members as part of its new strategic plan to enter into new markets with the expertise of some key team members.
Brian Chang – Product Manager, EIFS/Stucco. Brian is responsible for managing the growth of Sto’s EIFS and Stucco product lines to include profitability, market segmentation, positioning, and new product development. Brian comes to Sto from LG Building Materials, where he served as senior product manager and corporate strategy manager, responsible for managing the P&L of their composite countertop division.
Rankin Jays – Product Manager, Coatings. Rankin joined the company this spring to oversee the coatings product line, introducing new products to new markets, including architectural coatings.
John Chamberlin – Product Manager, StoGuard. John has been promoted in the company and is now managing Sto’s air and moisture barrier and entering new markets with the product line, including residential.
Tyson Kindstrom - Territory Manager, East Region. Tyson, new to this position, has been in the construction industry for more than twenty years and has worked with Sto Corp. since 2004.
Valerie Mayer – Manager, Branding and Communications. Valerie joined the company in the summer of 2012 to oversee all brand initiatives and multi-channel marketing campaigns. She began her career in the telecommunications division of the German Group BOSCH and then served as manager, international marketing and communications at Markem-Image.
“This strategic team will build and enhance corporate product branding within industry channels, identify strategic alliances, and increase visibility and presence in new markets,” said Rob Bottema, Chief Marketing Officer at Sto Corp. “Their knowledge and expertise in this industry will take Sto Corp. to the next level with products and marketing.”
