Sherwin-Williams introduced the next generation Extreme Bond Interior/Exterior Primer – an innovative bonding primer with improved scratch resistance, water sensitivity, hide and adhesion.
The high-quality waterborne urethane modified acrylic was designed for coating hard, slick, glossy surfaces with minimal surface preparation.
Ideal for surfaces like kitchen cabinets, tile, glass panels and plastic piping, the next generation Extreme Bond Primer offers a greater degree of adhesion compared to standard primers.
“Certain residential and commercial surfaces are time-consuming to paint and require specific performance attributes, which can impact professionals’ valuable resources,” said Rick Watson, director of product information and technical services at Sherwin-Williams. “The next generation Extreme Bond Primer solves this issue by securely bonding to these tricky surfaces, ensuring a smooth, high-quality finish while offering improved scratch resistance, water sensitivity and hide of the primer.”
