Axalta Coating Systems will exhibit at the Applied Market Information, LLC’s (AMI) inaugural Pipe Coating & Protection 2016 conference at the Hilton Post Oak in Houston, Texas, on November 15-16, 2016. Axalta will also showcase innovative updates to its functional pipeline portfolio, which includes its Nap-Gard® fusion bonded epoxy (FBE) powder coating line, at booth number 15.
“Axalta is thrilled to exhibit at the first AMI Pipe Coating & Protection 2016 conference,” said Meghan Hodge, Axalta Global Product Marketing Manager for Functional Coatings. “We are pleased to present our functional line and to emphasize the important corrosion protection that Nap-Gard affords the pipeline industry directly to the people and businesses who need it most.”
Nap-Gard is used on external and internal pipe coatings with single, dual, and multi-layer application options and is also used to coat valves and rebar. Axalta’s functional coatings offer innovative solutions for today’s epoxy-based pipe coating applications and are designed to provide superior corrosion protection for products used in the most demanding environments.
AMI Pipeline Coating & Protection 2016 will bring together leading pipeline contractors, operators, pipe mills and pipe coaters, engineers, researchers, and more to discuss the latest pipeline protection technology and regional industry trends. The event will also provide a platform for pipeline supply chain interaction, and introduce technological innovations.
