In this year's edition of the "Best Polish Employers" ranking prepared by the editorial staff of "Wprost", Polish companies from the Śnieżka Group are among 50 distinguished organizations where, according to the jury, the best working conditions are. Śnieżka is also the only entity included in the list representing the paints and varnishes sector.
The Polish companies of the Śnieżka Group were appreciated by the editors for their actions and employment policy and classified the group in 23rd place out of 50 distinguished entities.
“Building an engaging and transparent work environment is a goal that we, as Śnieżka, have been setting and implementing for years,” said Aleksandra Baranowska, director of the People Department at FFiL Śnieżka SA. “We are supported in this by actions based on organizational values to which – as a team – we refer in our daily work.
“Of course, the definition of a good employer includes many elements, including transparency of the remuneration system, development opportunities and attractive benefits,” Baranowska added. “For us as Śnieżka, an important element of building a friendly workplace is also the voice of the team, to which we listen periodically through employee opinion surveys.”
Śnieżka Group employees have access to a wide range of additional programs that not only increase their work comfort, but also enable them to develop professional skills.
The benefits offered include subsidized meals and various training and development programs. The initiatives implemented by the group also include extra-curricular first aid training, conducted by specialized paramedics.
The company also offers extensive opportunities for professional development and promotion within internal structures. Additionally, it enables migration between various entities of the group, which allows employees to gain new experiences and develop existing competencies in various environments.
