The 2014 Powder Coating Show will be held in Indianapolis, Indiana, September 16-18. The event attracts more than 1,200 attendees and provides more than 40 hours of presentations, with more than 100 exhibitors.
The Powder Coatings Institute is seeking a wide variety of powder coating topics, from intermediate to advanced application, surface preparation, recovery, system troubleshooting, target markets, benefits of using powder coatings versus other alternatives and more. The topics should relate to your area of expertise and not be commercial in nature.
To submit an abstract go to http://www.powdercoating.org/speakers/submissions and complete the online form. All fields must be entered. If your session requires multiple speakers, please be sure to indicate so by clicking above the security code box and adding your additional speakers. Please note, if your presentation does not fulfill the full 50 to 60 minute session time, we may assign more than one speaker to your session. Additionally, if your session requires more than one hour, we may divide your session into a two part presentation. Deadlines for submissions will be March 15, 2014.
Accepted abstracts will be announced by March 30, 2014.
Presentations Will Be Evaluated On the Following Criteria:
Presenter’s expertise of topic and professional standing in the industry
Content appropriate to audience and conference program needs
Organization of ideas
Timeliness of topic
The technical conference papers are peer reviewed and will be published online as part of the Powder Coating 2013 conference proceedings. Additionally, presenting authors are eligible to receive a complimentary full conference registration at the 2014 Powder Coating Show and are invited to attend a Speakers’ Briefing and Continental Breakfast on the day they speak.
